Summer sizzled with the resounding applause of parents, teachers, and friends for the graduates of Vision Himpossible Ministries’ BLESS preschool Centers, school year 2024-2025!
Sixty-two students from Manila, Bulacan, and Cebu proudly marched to receive their Certificates of Completion from this basic reading and writing program. They sang, danced, and recited memory verses flawlessly, to the delight of everyone.
Several parents shared how the VHM BLESS program greatly benefited their children. Mommy Rovie said her son could only make mouth sounds prior to enrolling at VHM Bless. Now, he can speak clearly and share exciting details of his school day with her. Mommy Elvira, a single mother who was disabled from a stroke, was grateful for the other parents who gave her daughter a ride to school every day. Along with the VHM BLESS teachers, they even chipped in to throw her a birthday party, fulfilling her wish of having her first birthday cake.
The VHM BLESS program has given an excellent foundation to indigent kids in the Philippines for the past fourteen years, not only in literacy but in spiritual stability as well. Hundreds of VHM BLESS graduates learned godly traits at a young age and became top-notchers in their respective schools. In a country where 18.9 million citizens are considered “functionally illiterate,” the VHM BLESS Centers can definitely play a significant role in turning the tide.
