FLU-ENT IN PRACTICAL REMEDIES

Sniffles, Sneezes, and Coughs, Oh My!

If you are not sniffling, sneezing, or coughing this season – LUCKY YOU!!! All throughout the year, but this season in particular, I always try to protect myself to prevent from catching a cold or the flu, but I guess it is unavoidable… If you or some of your family members are recuperating like me, here are some practical remedies and health tips that I use for a quick recovery:

  1. Ginger Shot – Calling all cold haters! A “wellness shot” made from natural cold fighters: lemon, turmeric, and ginger is the perfect remedy to clear your sinuses and boost your immune system. If you don’t want to spend $6 in a juice shop, just make the darn shots yourself! Load 3 inches of unpeeled fresh ginger into a blender, a few nubs of fresh turmeric, two lemons, a pinch of salt, a few cracks of black pepper, and a pinch of cayenne. BOOM! Just like that! This wellness warrior will make you feel warm and fuzzy in no time.
  2. SILVEX® Nano Silver Immuno Boost – Looking for an immune-boosting secret weapon? I’m telling you that this is IT. I lean more on all-natural products, and this has been my go-to. I take a teaspoon 3x a day. I also use it to gargle and clear a sore throat. It kills any virus or bacteria and heals rapidly. Say hello to a more robust immune system and goodbye to those unwanted viruses. Nobody invited them to the party. Just take my word for it, try it out yourself, and feel the difference.

  7. Boiron Oscillococcinum – A game changer. This amazing homeopathic flu relief not only reduces duration and severity, but also melts away like a sweet treat. I can vouch for this wonder. The sweet-tasting melt away pellets make it more kid-friendly for my children.

Taking the proper steps can make a world of difference in how quickly you recover. It’s essential to remember that in addition to the suggestions mentioned earlier (which are super important!), you should also prioritize rest, hydration, good hygiene, and avoid situations where we might unknowingly spread the virus.
