There’s something powerful about choosing a word instead of a resolution. One word or phrase to return to when things feel heavy. One word or phrase to guide your decisions, your mindset, and your growth.
This year, our team was invited to choose a word or phrase that represents what we’re stepping into. What came back was more than inspiring – it was grounding, hopeful, and deeply aligned with who we are as a company.
Together, these words tell a story of faith, resilience, humility, and forward motion.
Paul:
“I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick [butt]… and I’m all out of bubblegum.”
No warm-up, no soft launch – just straight into “let’s do this. 🙌

George:
“LIGHT & LOVE.
Darkness can not thrive on darkness, only LIGHT can do that.
Anger can not thrive on anger, only LOVE can do that.
You want people to see the light that’s in you?? LIVE A LIFE OF LOVE!!!”
Soft, powerful, and humbling. 🫶

Ayin:
“This too shall pass!
Our troubles are temporary, but God’s purpose is eternal. We are in a broken world so it’s guaranteed that trials will come, we move forward wisely and faithfully, knowing they won’t last forever. Though the world is broken, God uses every hardship to strengthen us and draw our eyes to what is eternal.”
Calm, grounded, and full of faith. God is always doing something beautiful behind the scenes. 🌻

Jessica V.:
“STEADY. 🌱
Choosing steady progress over quick wins, with less pressure, fewer spirals, and more trust in the process. No rushing, no forcing, just showing up, stacking small wins, and letting it all add up eventually. 😉”
Slow, steady, and thriving. We love a low-stress glow-up. 🌟

Samantha:
“INCREASE.
‘He must increase; I must decrease.’ – John 3:30
Simply put: more of Him, less of me. More of what He has for me, less of what I THINK I need. Depending on Him and not my own strength.”
More Him, less overthinking. A holy refresh and making space for what truly matters. More faith, less pressure. 🔥

Sonny:
“Continued God’s goodness & divine intervention in all areas of my life!!!”
Proof that gratitude is a lifestyle. Expecting good things like it’s a daily subscription. 🙏

Pen:
“Best is Yet To Come – HOPE.
Acknowledging that the past is done and I am thankful for all that it was but I know that things could only get better from here. Always hopeful with what the future brings.”
Hope, but make it stylish. Walking into the future like it already worked out. 👡

Antoinette:
“I am worthy. Love yourself first. Stop wishing & start doing.
Self-love era unlocked. Main character energy with a confidence upgrade. 🥰

Xochitl:
“GOD WILL SUPPLY.
So many goals and things we want to accomplish this year.
We want to provide and do so much more for our family and trusting in God that
if we do our part that Jesus will supply what we need to accomplish our goals this year and the next and the next.
We acknowledge that without Him we are nothing and have nothing.”
Faith, but on autopay. Trusting God like the ultimate provider plan. 🏧

Louie:
“VAYA!
Outcome, not recognition.
Focused on delivering measurable results, and while praise is nice, we don’t need it to perform at a high level.
Results over applause. No claps needed – the numbers speak. 📈

Beth:
“Jesus never changes, yet knowing Him changes everything.”
Timeless truth. Jesus stays constant, life stays upgraded. 💫

Rubilyn:
“Don’t worry about tomorrow… God is already there.”
Zero stress, full trust. God already RSVP’d to tomorrow. 😌

Jun:
“EVENTUALLY.
2026 is the year I stop overpromising and start delivering on my own timeline. Eventually, projects get completed when they’re ready, not when someone else’s arbitrary deadline says so. It’s about being realistic, owning my pace with a better focus, and crossing the finish line—just not necessarily today.”
Progress, but with boundaries. Finishing strong… eventually. ✌️

One year. Many words. One shared glow.
Each of these is a small light for the path ahead.
Different dreams, same direction. ✨
