Traditionally seen as the default party planners, HR has stepped up in ways that have completely transformed our expectations. When did they become the Party Planner Extraordinaires? The answer is simple: their commitment to creating memorable experiences for all of us.
Planning these events requires an immense amount of time, effort, coordination, and creativity. It’s not just about throwing a gathering; it’s about crafting a delightful atmosphere within a limited budget. With today’s financial constraints, it’s no small feat for Jessica and Wendy in HR to execute such vibrant and enjoyable celebrations. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure we have delicious food, engaging activities, exciting giveaways, and thrilling raffles. Our CEO is often amazed at how much we get with our budget, in fact he would always ask during raffles ‘Did I actually approve this budget?’ LOL —this speaks volumes about their resourcefulness and dedication.
Moreover, we must highlight the invaluable contributions of Maritza, our Sales Manager, and Samantha, our Purchasing Agent, both of whom have a flair for beautiful things and an eye for party planning. They bring creativity to the table, crafting unique themes and thinking outside the box to set the tone for our events. The R&D Department then steps in to transform those visual concepts into reality—bringing playful ideas to life with precision and flair. And of course, Gina, our Chief Creative Officer, plays a crucial role by curating the heart of any celebration: the food. From sourcing themed caterers to tracking down the perfect food trucks, she ensures every bite fits the occasion. What’s truly remarkable is how each of them takes on this extra “ministry” of celebration with grace and enthusiasm—juggling these responsibilities alongside their everyday roles without missing a beat. Together, this collaborative spirit is what makes our events truly memorable.
