THE TRI HALL OF FAME

Celebrating the People Who Make Us… Us

At TRI, things just hit a little different.

We work hard, stay driven, and yes, we take what we do seriously. That go-getter energy? Definitely something we picked up from our CEO. But if you ask anyone here, they’ll tell you – it’s not all business. We like to have fun! TRI is a place where personalities shine, quirks are celebrated, and no two people are exactly the same and honestly, that’s what makes it great. So we thought… Why not celebrate the little things that make our team, well… our team?

From the people who keep everything spotless to those who somehow already know what’s inside the box before it’s even opened, these are the people who keep our days running, our problems solved, and our workplace VERY entertaining.

Welcome to the TRI Hall of Fame. Where we celebrate the talents, personalities, and little superpowers that make our team extra special.

The Office Therapists: The Ones Who Keep Us Sane

First up, meet The Office Therapists. Every office needs those people who can make a stressful day feel lighter. They’re the ones who bring the laughs, share wisdom, or simply know when someone needs a good conversation. Whether they’re making the room laugh, offering encouragement at just the right moment, or being the person you can talk to without worrying it’ll become tomorrow’s chismis, these are the people who bring the energy that makes TRI feel like family.

Louie, our National Sales Manager, is most likely to make everyone laugh. With his quick wit, and natural ability to connect with people, he can turn almost any moment into a fun one. Somehow, he’ll have you laughing before you even realize it.

Percy from the Executive Office is most likely to bring up a Bible verse at the perfect time. Whether it’s a moment that needs encouragement, guidance, or just the right reminder, Percy always seems to have the perfect verse ready.

Jessica, our Human Resource Director, is most likely to be the office therapist. She’s the person you can talk to, laugh with, and get advice from, and the best part? She knows how to keep things confidential. (Yes, your secrets are safe!)

Because at TRI, sometimes the best solutions aren’t about fixing a problem, they’re about having the right people around to make the day better.

The “Make the Day Better” Crew: The Ones Who Bring the Fun

Every workplace has those people who just make the day brighter. They bring the smiles, and the little moments that make work feel less like work. Whether it’s a relaxing Zoom background, a contagious smile, or someone who can turn any gathering into an event, these are the people who bring that extra spark to TRI.

Jun from Regulatory Compliance probably has the best Zoom background in every meeting. His beach scene instantly sets a vacation vibe, making even the busiest calls feel a bit more relaxed. And with the subtle breeze from his desktop fan, it adds a 3D experience. At this point, we’re all just waiting for the pina colada to be served, LOL!

Kim from the Executive Office is most likely to brighten everyone’s day. Her smile, positive energy, and warm personality have a way of making everyone around her feel a little happier.

Matthew, our Creative Artist, is most likely to keep the office entertained. Need someone to host a party? A lunch potluck? Any event at all? Matthew is your guy. Give him a reason to celebrate, and he’ll make sure everyone has a good time.

Because at TRI, it’s not just about getting the job done, it’s about the people who make the journey more fun along the way.

The Problem Solvers: The Ones We Call When We Need a Solution

Every workplace has those people everyone turns to when something needs fixing, figuring out, or making happen. They’re the calm in the chaos, the “let me take a look” people, and the ones who somehow find solutions while the rest of us are still trying to figure out where to start. Whether it’s a technical issue, a big idea, or a challenge that seems impossible, these are the people who step up and make it happen. Honestly… how would we function without them?

Tim from IT is most likely to say, “Have you tried to reboot?” because sometimes the simplest fix is the one that saves the day.

Dawn, our COO, is most likely to save the day. When things get complicated, she’s the one who brings clarity, direction, and a solution when we need it most.

Erika, our Creative Director, is most likely to turn ideas into action, transforming thoughts and concepts into something real, impactful, and exciting.

Mike, our Product Design Engineer, is most likely to innovate the impossible, always pushing boundaries and finding new ways to come up with consumer friendly designs.

And Chayito, our Production Supervisor, is most likely to know the machine better than the manual. Her experience gives her the instinct, and magic to figure out a solution right away.

The Meticulous Masters: The Ones Who Set the Bar High

Meet our Meticulous Masters. the ones who somehow make perfection look easy. They have an eye for detail, a talent for keeping things in top shape, and a way of catching things the rest of us might miss.

Blanca from Building Maintenance is most likely to have the cleanest station. If there were an award for spotless perfection, she’d win it every time.

Karla from Quality Control is most likely to spot the difference from across the room. Nothing gets past her sharp eye, she sees what the rest of us don’t even notice.

And Norma, our Production Manager, is most likely to fix it before anyone even notices. For Norma, problems are solved before they even become problems.

The Smart Ones: The Keepers of Knowledge

Every team has those people who seem to come with a built-in search engine (no Wi-Fi required!). They remember the things the rest of us forgot, know the answers before we even finish asking the question, and somehow have a memory that could put a calendar, filing cabinet, and Outlook to shame.

Wendy from Human Resources is most likely to remember everyone’s birthday. While the rest of us are trying to remember what day it is, Wendy already knows who’s celebrating and makes sure no one’s special day goes unnoticed.

Jeffrey from Receiving is most likely to know what’s inside the box before it’s even opened. With his experience and sharp instincts, he could probably tell you what arrived before the tape even comes off.

Maritza, our Sales Operations Manager, is most likely to become the next Google. Need an answer? Ask Maritza. Need a detail? She already knows it. Need to remember something from a meeting three months ago that everyone else forgot? Somehow, she has the date, the details, and probably the exact conversation. Maritza is our very own human search engine. No typing, no Wi-Fi, and no loading time required. Her incredible memory, sharp attention to detail, and endless knowledge make her the go-to person for just about anything.

The Food & Coffee Experts: The Ones Who Keep Us Fueled

Of course, a TRI Hall of Fame wouldn’t be complete without recognizing the people who keep our hearts happy and our stomachs full. Great ideas, big accomplishments, and long workdays are always better with good food and coffee nearby.

Xochitl from Customer Service is most likely to know the best food spots. Whether you’re looking for a hidden gem, a new place to try, or the perfect lunch recommendation, she’s the one to ask. She always knows where the good food is!

Sam from Purchasing is most likely to have coffee at all times. Morning, afternoon, or somewhere in between, you can count on her to have that much-needed coffee ready to keep the day moving.

Because at TRI, good conversations, good food, and good coffee can make any day better.

The Reality Stars: The Ones Who Bring the Family Drama (The Fun Kind!)

Since TRI is a family-owned company, we can’t have a Hall of Fame without recognizing the family dynamics that make things extra interesting. Meet the people who prove that sometimes the best teamwork comes with a little laughter, a little debate, and a whole lot of personality. Move over, Kardashians!

Most likely to become reality stars: Geo, Dawn, and Gina. Their collaboration, conversations, and sisterly moments are already giving us everything a great reality show needs teamwork, strong opinions, unexpected plot twists, and plenty of laughs!

One minute they’re strategizing, the next minute they’re debating, and somehow they always come together to make things happen. It’s the perfect mix of family, leadership, and a little bit of “Did that just happen?” energy. Honestly, we’re just waiting for the cameras to show up. Title suggestions are welcome.

And That’s What Makes TRI Special!

At the end of the day, TRI is more than the products we create, the goals we accomplish, or the challenges we overcome. It’s the people who make this place what it is.

It’s the problem solvers who find a way, the perfectionists who keep us on track, the encouragers who lift us up, the entertainers who make us laugh, and the everyday heroes who make coming to work a little more enjoyable.

Every person brings something unique to the table and that’s the real magic of TRI. Because at TRI, we don’t just work together, we make the journey better together.
