Get to know Kim & Jaye!

We’re excited to officially welcome Kim and Jaye to the team! From iced coffee essentials to main-character energy, here’s a fun peek at what makes them who they are.

Kim

Quietly curious and thoughtfully observant, Kim brings a calm, intentional energy to the workplace — and plays a key role behind the scenes. As an Administrative Assistant in the Costing/Executive Department, she helps the CEO and Costing Manager stay organized and handles various administrative and logistical tasks… basically keeping them sane and preventing departmental chaos (NBD).

When she’s not working, she has a surprising skill up her sleeve — she can read and understand a bit of Korean (casual flex). If she could instantly master one skill, it would be communication, because growth is always the goal.

You’ll usually find Kim’s water flask close by, keeping her hydrated while she mentally escapes to her happy place: a library filled with books. Her desk is also home to her mini figurines, which double as emotional support companions during the workday.

If you’re looking for someone who’s intellectually curious, quietly observant, and always learning – Kim’s ya girl!

Jaye

Jaye is the definition of focused energy with a creative twist — and she’s already making an impact as our Regulatory Compliance Administrative Associate. She supports regulatory compliance by assisting with product reviews, registrations, testing coordination, and compliance documentation to ensure our regulated products meet all applicable requirements before entering the market (aka she keeps us compliant and stress-free).

One fun fact you won’t find on her resume? She loves hobbies like paint-by-numbers, building blocks, and miniature kits  –  diving in headfirst for a week, then rediscovering them months (or even a year) later like a fun surprise.

If she could instantly become an expert at anything, it would be organization — because even the organized among us have had a “where did I save that?” moment. She always keeps a pen nearby (on her desk and in her pocket), just in case inspiration strikes.

Her main-character walk-in song is “WORK” by ATEEZ, which honestly says it all. And when she’s physically at work but mentally elsewhere? She’s probably somewhere peaceful, caffeinated, and vibin’ – especially with her emotional support item of choice: iced coffee.

We’re so glad to have Kim and Jaye on board and can’t wait for everyone to get to know them more. ☕💛
